Harry Styles has bought a new flat in North London for £3 million just seven months after buying his first property in the East End for £575,000.
A source close to Harry told the Daily Mirror newspaper: ‘A lot of Harry’s friends live in Primrose Hill and Belsize Park, so he wanted to move closer to them.
‘The new house is enormous compared to his old flat. It has four bedrooms and as many bathrooms, as well as a few huge, open-plan living areas. It’s the perfect party pad.’
The One Direction heartthrob has told friends he will be throwing a huge house-warming party to break in his new apartment after the Toronto movers finish unpacking! The close friend adds: “The band are really going to let their hair down, Harry-style(s).”
“The house has a gorgeous garden and high walls, so Harry won’t have fans watching his every move. He’s already been spending lots of time in the area and becoming a regular in the local pubs.”
One Direction have earned 100 million in the two years since they competed on The X Factor.
