One Direction have pledged 50p from every ticket sold for the UK and Ireland Where We Are World Stadium Tour 2014 will go towards the Stand Up to Cancer charity. That’s an amazing £200,000.
Tickets for the stadium tour go on sale tomorrow and the five UK and Ireland dates are expected to sell-out in record time.
Liam Payne said: “We’re so proud to be supporting Stand Up To Cancer while touring the UK and Ireland.
“Cancer affects nearly everyone at some point in their lives so we all need to do what we can to bring forward the day when all cancers are cured.
“Stand Up To Cancer is all about bringing people together as a collective force and we hope our fans will get involved too.
“We’d love for One Direction fans to tell us about their support by using the hashtag #1DStandUp.”
