More additions have joined the enviable line up of artists on 6th July for Barclaycard presents British Summer Time Hyde Park. Joining headliners McBusted and Backstreet Boys are Wheatus, Young Kato and Hollywood Ending. Also appearing on the Sunday bill are The Vamps, Lawson, FIVE, Neon Jungle, Elyar Fox, Ollie Marland, George Barnett, Joel Baker and Mike Dignam, Scouting For Girls and Diversity.

Nineties powerpop favourite, Wheatus is back to perform to the masses. Their infectious hit “Teenage Dirtbag” debuted at number 2 in 2000 and re-entered the charts for a second time in March 2011. Their self-titled album has sold over 5 million copies worldwide and they’re set to rule Britannia again with upcoming shows, starting with Barclaycard British Summer Time Hyde Park.
“Made in Chelsea” favourites’ Young Kato will be bringing their indie pop presence to Barclaycard presents British Summer Time Hyde Park. The Cheltenham sextet’s first single “Drink, Dance, Play” debuted at number eighteen on the UK Indie Chart. Young Kato have been touring the width and depth of the UK gaining a huge fan base in the process. With support from XFM and Radio One and an album on the way, Young Kato are the ones to watch; “We’re super excited to be playing this year’s British Summer Time. It’s going to be a fun day!”
Forming over Skype in Summer 2011, Hollywood Ending have become a viral sensation, with over 70,000 subscribers and over 5 million views on their YouTube channel. From various parts of America and the UK, their self-released EP “Always 18” debuted at number eleven on the ITunes Pop Charts and number 24 on the Billboard heatseekers chart. With an album to come later this year, they will be keeping it in the family and support McBusted on their upcoming UK arena tour.
