On this morning’s BBC Radio 1 Breakfast Show with Scott Mills, Selena Gomez talked about her friendship with Zayn Malik, how to boost your Twitter followers and cleared up that ‘farting carrots lyric’.
Speaking to Scott and Radio 1’s Chris Stark she discussed being followed by Zayn Malik on Twitter. Scott asked: “How does it feel to be followed by Zayn Malik on twitter, he just started following you?”
Selena replied: “I had no idea what that was until someone else asked me and then obviously I know Zayn now so it’s not like a weird thing.”
Scott went on: “But first of all, were you like what is a Zayn Malik?” with Selena clearing up any confusion, saying: “No, no no, I’ve known him, I just didn’t know who follows me, I don’t like update my thing or check anything I just don’t. So I mean thanks for the follow Zayn.”
But does Selena follow Zayne back? Luckily Scott was wondering the same thing asking: “Yeah thanks Zayn, I hope you followed him back?”
Selena: I, did I? I don’t know, I don’t think I did, but I will right now, it’s on my phone I should do it.
We do keep checking and as of now, Selena Gomez hasn’t followed Zayn Malik back on Twitter yet, ouch!
