On Wednesday 21st October, the Brit and MOBO nominated girl group Stooshe, launched their new single Lock Down at their Stooshe4Sennheiser party. I had the pleasure of sitting down with the girls, getting the low down on Lock Down and finding out all about their ideal man!
The launch was hosted at London’s newest music venue, The Piano Works, Farringdon. The girls welcomed a host of celebrity friends including, Michelle Heaton, Ashley James and Tallia Storm.
Stooshe belted out a live performance of their chart topping, pop favourite Black Heart, alongside their new single Lock Down, and a selection of songs from their upcoming album. Guests enjoyed drinks from Liquid Gold Drinks and Patron Tequila accompanied by a selection of mini crab and mini chilli dog rolls catered for by The Piano Works.
2015 has been an exciting year for Stooshe. They recently released their video for upcoming single Lock Down exclusively to MTV, which they shot in LA with musical director Damien Sandoval whose credits include Pia Mia, Jeremih and The Game. The video also includes a cameo from America’s Top Model finalist and the former face of Guess, Don Benjamin.
The girls commented on their musical comeback, “We’re so excited to be back making music and working with some incredible producers and artists. Our new single Lock Down represents freedom and choice”.
