Global music legends will.i.am, Jennifer Hudson, Sir Tom Jones and Gavin Rossdale embark on their quest to uncover the best vocal talent that Britain has to offer, with this year’s winner scooping a life changing record contract with Polydor Records.
Emma Willis presides over the action as each vocalist, or singing duo, seeks to claim a place in one of the coaches’ teams at the Blind Auditions.
Jason Jones kicks off proceedings with a stunning rendition of Zayn’s Pillowtalk, making the chart-topper almost unrecognisable with his raspy tones, reminiscent of a particularly soulful Rod Stewart number.
The Voice UK starts Saturday 7 January at 8pm on ITV.
