2017 will be a Christmas that Jess Clemmons will never forget. Having documented both her seemingly endless search for Mr Right, as well as celebrating meeting her special man on the band’s recent release Smoke & Mirrors, Jess will finally be Mrs Peavey when Santa makes his annual visit this year. To celebrate Jess & The Bandits will be releasing the magical Always Christmas Eve EP.
Having found a second home here in the UK and been welcomed with open arms by the UK country community, Jess has teamed up with some of her closest artist friends for some terrific collaborations!
The EP features three of the UK’s brightest country stars – Gary Quinn, Laura Oakes and Kevin McGuire and includes an original, ‘Always Christmas Eve’, penned by Gary Quinn himself, which was the first track to be unveiled from the EP by Chris Country.
It’s a fitting end to what has been a very productive year for the group, who released their critically-acclaimed album ‘Smoke and Mirrors’ back in September. Country Music Magazine have labelled it one of the best albums of the year, and Lyric Magazine have listed ‘Sister’ as their #3 track of 2017.
