Fusion Festival with Vimto 2015 today announced a UK Exclusive, Canadian superstar Justin Bieber will be headlining the first ever Friday night at Fusion Festival, kicking off a massive weekend of Pop in Birmingham’s Cofton Park.
This is Justin Bieber’s first appearance in the UK since his Believe Tour in 2013, an exclusive performance for this year. For the first time, Fusion becomes a three day festival with Tinie Tempah, Rixton, DJ Fresh and Fuse ODG joining Justin on the Friday and Rudimental and McBusted headlining Saturday and Sunday night respectively.
The original YouTube sensation, Justin Bieber was catapulted into the limelight in 2007 after uploading several videos to YouTube of him singing. A chance spotting of one of his videos by Scooter Braun, signalled the start of a huge pop phenomenon. With the support of manager Scooter Braun and mentor Usher he released his platinum selling album ‘My World’ and became a global pop superstar with millions of ‘beliebers’ in every country around the world. Now, Justin has 62million twitter followers, so it’s no wonder has been named one of the most powerful celebrities in the world in Forbes Magazine three times.
Justin Bieber says: “I love the UK and I’m really excited to be playing at Fusion this year. There are some great artists on the line up so to be headlining the Friday night, is a real honor.”
They are followed by Saturday night line up: Rudimental, Labrinth, Clean Bandit, Ella Henderson, Sigma and Becky Hill. Finishing off the weekend, The Sunday night line up features: McBusted, The Vamps, Jess Glynne, Gorgon City, Conor Maynard and Union J.
With this list of talent ready to descend on Birmingham’s Cofton Park to play over the bank holiday weekend, 50,000 music fans are set to amass for a weekend of pop music at its very best. Expect mind-blowing live performances, massive chart smash hits plus all the fun of a festival fair, with a full fairground, food stalls and many other interactive events.
Vimto is the headline sponsor and an iconic British brand and loved by millions of teens and their families.
