Country-pop’s new star Catherine McGrath has released her new single ‘Talk Of This Town’, it is her 8th consecutive New Music Friday playlisted track and the first taste of her highly anticipated debut album out early 2018 via Warner Bros. Records. You can listen to the new single below!
The young singer-songwriter is hotly tipped as one to watch, writing songs that represents who she is, relates to her audience and is taking both the country and pop world by storm. As well as the success of her previous two EP’s One and the most recent Starting From Now, Catherine’s remarkable talent has seen the likes of (TOWIE star) Megan McKenna take the spotlight on iTunes ahead of Taylor Swift and P!nk, with the song ‘High-Heeled Shoes’ which McGrath pencilled.
Catherine’s intense love and knowledge for the Nashville country scene has lead to her writing with some of Nashville’s finest songwriters including Liz Rose (Taylor Swift) and Jimmy Robbins (Kelly Clarkson, Miranda Lambert) as well as playing at London’s Country 2 Country festival earlier this year.
Her impressive list of festival appearances this year includes The Great Escape, British Summer Time, Wilderness, Latitude, Longitude and many more and she has also been on the road supporting the likes of Kelsea Ballerini, Una Healy, Canaan Smith, Picture This and The Shires, with her next adventure seeing her taking part in Country Music week in October before joining US megastars Dan + Shay on their November/December UK tour.
