Multi-platinum-selling recording artist, songwriter, producer, and philanthropist Zayn kicks off his highly-anticipated Stairway To The Sky debut solo UK Headline Tour, with a fan-focused performance at O2 Academy Leeds.
A welcomed return to the live stage, Zayn performed songs from his fourth studio album, Room Under The Stairs, such as ‘Alienated’, ‘What I Am’ and ‘Concrete Kisses’ as well as previous hits, ‘Sweat’, ‘Scripted’ and ‘Pillow Talk’ for the first time. He rounded off his live show with a heartfelt tribute to Liam Payne.
Zayn’s Stairway To The Sky UK Headline Tour will see him play iconic venues in Manchester, London, Wolverhampton, Newcastle and will culminate in Edinburgh on 8th and 9th December.
The tour follows Zayn’s monumental One Night Only performance at London’s O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire in May, to celebrate the release of his fourth studio album, Room Under The Stairs.

Photos from Leeds’s O2 Academy on Saturday captured Malik paying tribute during his performance. The singer, who postponed his Stairway To The Sky tour following Payne’s funeral on Wednesday, displayed a heartfelt message on a large blue screen behind him. The screen read: “Liam Payne 1993-2024. Love you bro.” accompanied by a heart.
