The Saturdays are thrilled with the news that bandmate Frankie Sandford is engaged and shared their excitement on Twitter this afternoon.
Footballer Wayne Bridge popped the question after two-and-a-half years, and the girls quickly took to Twitter to share their excitement.
Rochelle Humes – wife of JLS hunk Marvin Humes began the well wishes and was particularly impressed with the engagemnt ring, saying: “Big congratulations to @FrankieTheSats and Wayney. He did so well :-) and the ring is to die for in the flesh. Welcome to the wifey club xxx”
Una Healy – who married rugby player Ben Foden last year said: “So Happy for @FrankieTheSats and Wayne who have recently got engaged X”
Vanessa White, added: “Congrats @FrankieTheSats & Wayne! So happy for you guys. Woooooo xxx”
The band’s only single member, Mollie King was the last to tweet: “@FrankieTheSats I couldn’t be happier for you Frank! Wayne is a very lucky man, you two are truly the perfect match! Bring on the wedding!!!”
Frankie made the news of her engagement public earlier today by sharing a snapshot of the pair showing off her engagement ring.
