Some of the biggest names in pop came together in the North East on Sunday at Stadium of Light for the first of three blinkbox music UK Live one-day festivals North East Live.
The event was headlined by superstar Jessie J, with appearances by pop princesses The Saturdays and Katy B. Teen heartthrobs The Vamps, Union J who performed at last years’ North East event and British hip hop duo Rizzle Kicks, had the North East crowd in a frenzy. Joining the lineup was plus US hip hop artist Jason Derulo who performed alongside new comers Rixton and Neon Jungle.
Fans in the North East we’re given a loittle extra special treat, in the form of US teen star Austin Mahone who joined the lineup in Sunderland’s Stadium of Light for an exclusive performance.
The one day festival blinkbox music UK Live will be heading to Ipswich Chantry Park on Saturday 28th June and Weston-super-Mare Beach on Sunday 29th June. The stellar line-up of Jessie J, The Saturdays, Jason Derulo, Katy B, Neon Jungle, The Vamps, Rizzle Kicks and Union J are promising fans an event to remember.
