Fusion Festival have announced that Rizzle Kicks, Wilkinson, Nina Nesbitt, Aidan Davis and M.O. have been added to what is an incredible line up for this year’s event.

They join the likes of Pitbull, Jessie J, Dizzee Rascal, The Wanted, The Vamps, Lawson, Ella Henderson, Union J, Neon Jungle, Elyar, Fox, Fuse ODG, Becky Hill, Foxes, Loveable Rogues, Luke Friend and Ollie Marland for a spectacular weekend of music on 30th and 31st August.

No less than 20 of today’s biggest pop acts will descend on Birmingham’s Cofton Park to play over two nights, with up to 40,000 music fans set to amass for a weekend of pop music at its very best. Expect mind- blowing live performances, massive chart smash hits plus all the fun of a festival fair, with a full fairground and many other interactive events.

Added to Saturday’s bill are hip-pop duo Rizzle Kicks who burst into the charts in 2012 with their Top Five album ‘Stereo Typical’, followed by three Top Ten singles with ‘Down With The Trumpets’, ‘Mama Do The Hump’ and ‘When I Was A Youngster’. In 2013 they released their second album ‘Roaring 20s’ which included hit singles ‘Lost Generation’ and ‘Skip To The Good Bit’ and have announced a new single ‘Tell Her’, which will be out 11 August.

Also confirmed for the first day of the festival is drum & bass music producer and DJ Wilkinson, who is best known for his Top Ten hit ‘Afterglow’ with the stunning Becky Hill who is also performing at Fusion – the pair are guaranteed to set the stage alight with a performance of this smash hit single. Wilkinson released his debut album ‘Lazers Not Included’ in October 2013, which peaked at #2 in the UK Dance Chart and included the singles ‘Too Close’ and ‘Dirty Love’. M.O. join the Saturday line up to open proceedings, the three piece all girl band recently supported Little Mix.

Sunday just got even more exciting with the announcement of street dancer and rapper Aidan Davis. The talented Britain’s Got Talent finalist has toured with the likes of Diversity and George Sampson, and in 2012 he released his first single ‘Lets Dance’ – and the crowds at Fusion will get to hear his latest single ‘Your Face’. Scottish singer-songwriter Nina Nesbitt has also been added to the Sunday line up, earlier this year Nina released her debut album ‘Peroxide’ to critical acclaim, which included the hit single ‘Selfies’. She also gained recognition last year for her stunning version of Fleetwood Mac’s ‘Don’t Stop’, which appeared on the John Lewis advert.

Fusion Festival is proud to support The Prince’s Trust, with £5 from each ticket sale donated to the charity to help change young lives across the UK. The Prince’s Trust is a youth charity that helps vulnerable young people to turn their lives around.

Airing in September, 4Music’s highlight coverage will include interviews, backstage footage and live performances from the likes of Jessie J, Pitbull and Union J.
